U.S. Pool Fence Company stands behind our work. Our warrantiies cover standard fencing, epoxy and galvanized coated fences that we design and install. Our warranties cover our products for 1, 2 and 3 year durations depending on the grade of fencing purchased.

Standard Grade Fence Warranty
U.S. Pool Fence Company warrants the structural integrity and workmanship of the original Purchaser for one (1) year, excluding damage caused by wind, water, ground movement, collision, or gate slamming. Seller uses premium quality finishes. However, due to extreme variances in environmental conditions, the company cannot warrant the finish against corrosion. Purchaser is responsible for proper maintenance, including, but not limited to, gate adjustments, bolt tightness, paint touch-up and the like.

Galvalast™ Fence Warranty
U.S. Pool Fence Company warrants the structural integrity and workmanship of the original Purchaser for two (2) years, excluding damage caused by wind, water, ground movement, collision, or gate slamming. Purchaser is responsible for proper maintenance, including, but not limited to, gate adjustments, bolt tightness, paint touch-up and the like.

U.S Pool Fence warranties the Galvalast™ panels and posts for 50 years against rust through. This warranty covers only the Galvalast™ panels and posts manufactured and installed by U.S. Pool Fence Co., Inc. All other parts used in the fence, such as fasteners, latches, hinges, springs, etc are covered under their manufacture’s warranty. All other aspects of the fence are covered by our standard two year workmanship warranty.

It is vital that any suspected warranty issues be reported to us immediately. Failure to report issues with your fence will make the issue more difficult and expensive to repair or replace. Your warranty claim may not be honored if damage to the fence is allowed to worsen due to failure of timely notification.

EpoxyCoat Fence Warranty
U.S. Pool Fence Company warrants the structural integrity and workmanship of the original Purchaser for three (3) years, excluding damage caused by wind, ground movement, collision, or gate slamming. Purchaser is responsible for proper maintenance, including, but not limited to, gate adjustments, bolt tightness, paint touch-up and the like.
